Who we are

DaviePhotoBooth.com is operated by AKA Photo Booth LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains how our website handles your information.

Our website has no user accounts, database, analytics or advertising tools. We haven’t intentionally added cookies or tracking scripts.

The contact form asks for your name, email, phone, event date, event location, event type, service interest, and an optional message.

Your form entries stay in browser memory until you submit. If you use the homepage quote fields, your event date, location and booth choice are included in the contact page URL to fill in the form. These details may appear in browser history or hosting logs, so please don’t include sensitive information. Opening that link doesn’t send an inquiry to Formspree.
When you submit the inquiry form, your details are sent to Formspree over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Sending an inquiry asks about availability. It doesn’t create a booking.
Formspree is a third-party form service that processes submissions and routes inquiries to the configured business inbox. Its processing is described in the Formspree privacy policy.

We use inquiry details only to respond about your event and prepare a quote. We do not sell your information.

Google Fonts: fonts load from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details as part of the request.
Website hosting: our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, pages requested, browser type, and time) for security and operation.
Formspree: receives submitted inquiry details and may process technical information for spam prevention and delivery.

Photos and videos taken by our booths at events are handled under the arrangement with each event host, not through this website.

We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete inquiry information you’ve sent us. Email us at daviephotobooth@gmail.com with your request.

This website is intended for adults planning events. School event inquiries should come from staff or adult organizers.

We may update this policy as the site or its data practices change.
